Return/Refund Policy
This item is non-returnable due to hazardous materials transportation regulations.
However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement through your order by providing photos clearly showing the issue.
Return Eligibility (if applicable):
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@efcut.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Gas-Powered Products
Due to hazmat concerns, gas-powered products (including those that use gas or oil) cannot be returned once operated (i.e., filled with gas or oil). These items must be in unused condition to be eligible for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Additional Note:
Due to the nature of our products and our current FBA logistics system, orders placed through authorized dealer channels are not eligible for returns at this time.
If a product arrives damaged, has missing parts, or develops a quality issue within the warranty period, please contact us. We will provide appropriate support, including technical assistance, replacement parts, or warranty service, to ensure the product can be used properly.
