Worked great for 2 hours. Then blades were dull. Removing blades requires entire disassembly. Cannot be done through viewing window.

Love my EFCUT-C40 easy to use has plenty of power and make great wood chips and easy to clean after use. Large fuel tank as well. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a small but powerful wood chipper.
When I received the chipper the fuel tank was dented on 2 sides. I tried the company's web site but only got an error, then tried the number but never received a response. I left a message on Amazon stating what was I supposed to do? The company reached out to me that they were working on the website and what was my issue? I let them know, sent them some pictures and they sent me a new fuel tank. I asked if it was easy to replace since it is me who will be doing it, they made up a tutorial, including pictures. that was easy to follow. I have been able to use my wood chipper and have found it handles branches up to 4 inches as advertised. I find the motor capable to handle what I have been sending through it, I'm not cramming lots of things through it of course but whatever I feed through it, it mulches up. I think it is important to have something to push any smaller ends through the chipper to be safe. I like I am able to move it around by myself even though it is a heavier machine. The customer service I received was outstanding!
after about 10 hours of running, I would say they item works pretty well. 4in diameter is possible but it takes some work and time. You are better off cutting those into fire wood. 3in and under is great for chipping in this machine. it makes a nice fine chip.
Branches with a lot of side shoots tend to be a bigger problem as the shoot at the bottom is pretty narrow and you need to get the branch to fold less than 5in before it contacts the blade.
Other than that the only thing that would make this better is an auto feed. but for its price point it will do great in our wooded yard.
The machine works great
